We select a Sales Office Assistant for the international development of the Malta Business brand.

Place of work: Malta office – Tarxien

Working time: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm

Type of contract: Full-Time and / or Part-Time

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in economic / juridical sector and / or Diploma in marketing – Fluent language knowledge Italian / English – Application knowledge Word / Excel – Use of Windows system, familiarity with web applications and social media. Work experience is welcome.

Office Adminitrator & Secretary - Opern position

We select an officer / a to the Secretary General for the development of Malta’s business activities.

Place of work: Malta office – Tarxien

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm

Type of contract: Full-Time and / or Part-Time

The Secretary will support clients and team in their routine activities, providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing and organizing paper and electronic files, answering to customers by telephone and emails.

– Diploma and/or Degree ( Degree in Social Media Marketing or similar is a preferential Requirements)
– Good communication and written skills in English and Italian
– Able to manage social media and other communications channels
– Able to work in team and under pressure

What will he/she do?

– Manage calendar and appointments of the team
